Grace

Grace has been teaching yoga for a little over a year now and absolutely loves it.  She finds it’s a great way to connect the body, mind, and breath. Grace was introduced to the practice as a way to recover from injury.

Jodi

Jodi has been practicing yoga on and off since the late 80s. She was drawn to the practice as a means of staying toned and fit, but quickly realized that practicing yoga was much more than that, it also helped calm and focus her over-active mind, and relieve stress and anxiety, as well.
