I have completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training at Bloom Yoga and Fitness. Working in healthcare for 28 years, coping with the daily stressors of life, a demanding job and motherhood I found my passion for yoga in 2013 after taking my first yoga class.  I soon realized and was amazed by the powerful healing and calming qualities that result from linking the breath to movement. Yoga continues to lead me on a multifaceted, expansive journey of discovery and connectedness. In its many forms, when applied and practiced appropriately, I believe that yoga has the potential to complement any walk of life. On the mat, I encourage students to build a relationship with the mind, body, and soul.  My classes are intentionally designed to provide a safe space where students of all levels can sink deep into a challenging, dynamic, and rejuvenating flow.  I hope that each experience on the mat will inspire students to take the practice into their everyday lives.
