Celebrate Father’s Day with a fun, upbeat, and family-friendly fitness class designed for all levels! This special session combines yoga and partner-based exercises to help you break a sweat and share some laughs. Whether you're bringing your dad, partner, or just want to honor the father figures in your life, this class is all about movement, connection, and appreciation. 

We will begin with yoga at 9:15AM followed with push-up, chaturanga, pull-up, and dad joke competitions for special prizes.
