This class is for CPS employees only.
A Pilates/core workout focuses on strengthening the deep core muscles, including the glutes, abdominals, lower back, and muscles that support posture and alignment. This dynamic and engaging class enhances core stability, balance, and overall strength. We conclude with gentle stretching exercises, leaving you feeling refreshed, realigned, and energized.
Grips socks are recommended for this class.
