This class provides students with a foundation for a yoga practice, linking movement and breath.  Intermediate students wishing to review and refine their understanding of the basics will also benefit from this class.  Though asana will be the main focus of each practice, students will receive a broader experience of yoga that extends far beyond the perception of yoga as a physical practice.
